Hello from New York. I am home for the weekend, but still have pictures for you! Thursday night I decided to make cookies for the hubby's preceptor for a great surgery rotation. I found a recipe (on pinterest) for cream cheese filled snickerdoodles, and fell in love. They are amazing. The best part is when most cookies get hard, these stay gooey in the middle.
They are easy to make too! I used the snickerdoodle mix in a bag and made them like normal. Then you take 1 tbsp of dough, 1 tsp of the cream cheese filling, and another tbsp of dough to make the cookie, then roll it in the cinamon sugar. They made our apartment smell amazing and made a very happy hubby and preceptor.
