We Own It by 2 Chainz and Wiz Khalifa

So a lot has happened since I posted here last week. We have left West Virginia, Hubby graduated medical school and was promoted to Captain, and we have driven 2/3 of the way to our new home in Washington. You could say we've been busy. Here are some pictures from the past week!
Reunited with my med school spouses

The Weirton wives at graduation!

The guys have graduated, they're finally doctors!!!

So incredibly proud of all that my husband has accomplished. He's going to be an amazing surgeon!

Our family was able to join us for graduation. Here we posed on the stairs for a group picture before dinner that night.

We stopped at Mt. Rushmore on our cross country trip. We are in Montana this morning and will be in the Seattle/Tacoma area tonight!!!

Once we're there I'll be able to post regularly again! I will be good at this again soon!!! :)

Live It Up by Jennifer Lopez

This is our last week in West Virginia! I am subbing high school chemistry today and tomorrow we are driving down to Lewisburg for graduation week! It's weird to think a week from now we'll be driving across the country to our next adventure!
Pullover: Gap / Cami: Aeropostale / Jeans: Old Navy / Flats: H&M / Earrings: Stella and Dot

I love this outfit. Colored jeans are my favorite. I didn't want to go overboard on color so I matched my shoes and shirt. This outfit is incredibly comfortable and easy yet totally put together and cute.

Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke

Its time. The packers have come. We are currently living among boxes and camping out in our own apartment. There are five days left in Weirton and nine days till graduation!!!! Here's what our apartment looks like:
The living room

The kitchen

Master bedroom

Guest bedroom

It gets picked up and shipped tomorrow! Next week is graduation week in Lewisburg, and then we drive to Seattle! So I'll do my best with outfit posts, but there will probably be more life updates in the next two weeks!

I Love Dance

This weekend was our dance competition! I took a tap trio, a jazz group, a jazz soloist, and a song and dance soloist. They all did a great job and I'm proud of what they have accomplished. Now that its over, it's back to reality and getting ready for the movers to come. Only a week left here!
The tap trio danced to Anything Goes, the one on the far left did a baton solo and the one on the far right was the song and dance solosist

The jazz group danced to Call Me Maybe

My jazz soloist performed to Neon Lights

One of my ballet students performed with her acro group from our studio

It was a long two days, but we did it. I'm thankful to the supportive families of my students for all their help. Reminds me of my own :)

Medical Monday!

Its Medical Monday! Its the last medical monday that Hubby will still be a medical student. He is graduating in less than 20 days!!!! Graduation has always been a thing of the far off future, and I can't believe its almost here! That also means that moving across the country for residency is almost here. We have officially been approved for our new townhouse! I can't wait to have a new place that is bigger than our apartment, includes our own washer and dryer, another bathroom, a bigger kitchen with all new appliances, a pool and hot tub, barbeque pit, basketball court, and dog park for our future puppy! Its pretty awesome and in a wonderful little town just off base. We'll be far from our family and friends on the east coast, but ready for them to all come visit!!!
Shirt: Gap / Cami: Aeropostale / Jeans: Peebles / Flats: Target / Earrings: Stella and Dot

A casual outfit for last weekend. The temperatures were 50s and 60s while we were in Seattle and at home, so jeans and a blouse are perfectly comfortable!

Our new townhouse!!! The one that's furthest to the right is ours. I'm excited to get moved in!

Heart Attack by Demi Lovato

Alright, so still playing catch up on the blog... Today's outfit is what I wore to a friend's wedding this past weekend. The groom and I met in middle school and have been friends ever since, so it was a fun hometown reunion. The weddings of our hometown friends have been like mini high school reunions lately, and we love them. So keep getting married friends. Same with college friends. Being married is pretty awesome, and the receptions are a great time to catch up!!!
Dress: Old Navy / Heels: Macy's / Earrings: Peebles / Necklace: American Eagle

Scarf: Old Navy

Old Navy and I have been agreeing lately. This dress is a recent purchase from there and its a great fit, color, and price! The scarf is polka dots and in the color scheme of the dress, so pattern mixing at its finest. You never know if the inside venues are going to turn up the air conditioning, so having a shawl is a smart choice with a strapless dress to keep from freezing.
