Adventures in House Painting

Yesterday I went back to help my friend paint her house. It has come a long way in the two days of work that we did, and I am so excited for her! I also took an outfit picture of my painting clothes which was a total joke, but I decided to include it, since I was trying to be stylish with my red shorts! But I have pictures of before and after of the rooms we worked on yesterday, to show you just how much we did!

My friend's new house!

Her bedroom before was white with a pink accent wall

Now its blue and will have a beige trim (those are doors drying)

The guest room was white, here it is with the first coat of paint

And here's the second coat (better picutre of the color purple it is) with white trim

The hallway is now Accessible Beige instead of Eggshell white

The living room used to have some golden walls and some navy walls, with red carpet

Now its Accessible beige and will have a neutral carpet and new concrete stones on the fireplace

The kitchen is staying the same... I love the green and the flowery wall paper!

Then I looked in her backyard and there were FIVE wild turkeys...

...and a cute bunny...

...and then a deer showed up!

I didn't get any pictures of the basement which is now grey with white trim. It looks great and I'm so excited for my friend! Now if only I could paint our apartment.... :)
