Its a busy day today. I'm subbing this afternoon at the middle school, then its time for the bachelorette party!!!! The maid of honor and I have been working hard on the details this week, and I am so excited to celebrate! Plus, very happy its a half day of work, so I'm not exhausted tonight for the party. We planned that we would all wear black shirts and denim, plus we purchased some fun accessories, so that we look like a group and stand out a little. Plus, our bride has lots to wear! First picture is what I wore to work, the second two are what I wore for the bachelorette.

This afternoon I had my final fitting for my bridesmaid dress, along with the maid of honor and the bride! The wedding is only two weeks away, so we're all getting really excited. Afterwards, I went to the dance studio (where I interviewed last week) to cover for a teacher who couldn't be there tonight. So yes, that means I got the job!!!!! I had a great night working with the girls and am excited to work there! More details to come next week.

Who Knew by Pink

Did you watch The Bachelorette last night? For her final date, they flew to Lewisburg and went to The Greenbrier!!!! I was so excited to see where we lived the past two years on tv!!!! Emily is originally from West Virginia, but I think she's from Morgantown, however she said her family used to take trips to the hotel when she was younger. Too bad her date didn't work out there.

Since we bought the flowers for the deck, I've been on a kick to do home improvement type stuff. Yesterday I bought some new throw pillows and candles for the living room to replace some old ones, some things to fix up hubby's closet, and bee spray!! The bees are finally gone, so the deck is my new favorite place. However, today was overcast, so I've been inside doing things, but there's something about a few replacements that really brighten up the apartment.

Today I feel like pink lemonade. I found these pink flats when I was at walmart yesterday, and they were $1!!!!! I've been looking for pink flats and was so excited to find them on top of them being such a great deal.

Every Rose Has Its Thorn by Guns N Roses

Yesterday, hubby and I went out to get a few groceries and brought home three hanging baskets for our deck! It looks really pretty and makes me want to sit out on it all day, however we now have two angry bees who think they own our deck. They made a home on one of our chairs, and when we moved it, well they weren't happy. So now we're going to get some bee spray to put an end to this. But I love our flowers and can't wait for the bees to be gone so I can lay out on the deck!

Hot Stuff by Donna Summers

Its a gorgeous day, so I hope to take a walk outside, and then we're making steaks on the little grill outside for dinner... pretty great ending for this weekend. Yesterday was a beautiful day for graduation. After seeing our newly graduated friends, hubby, our best friend, and I went to Outback Steakhouse for dinner and a movie. We went to see The Avengers, but that was sold out, so we ended up seeing The Dictator. It was funny and entertaining, but he definitely knows how to go too far and then some. And I still want to see The Avengers! Oh well, here's what I wore yesterday.

A$$ Back Home by Gym Class Heroes

This afternoon I'm going to Westminster's graduation. The seniors that are graduating were freshman when I was a senior there, and I have a few close friends in that class, so I'm going to see them! Its also a really nice excuse to sit outside in the sun for a few hours. Also, I have never been to an outdoor graduation, since mine and the ones around it were inside due to weather. So I'm excited to see what its like outside on senior terrace.

This outfit is what I wore to lunch yesterday. It was freezing cold in the restaurant, but really nice outside, so I like having a light jacket on hand. The tank is also new from last weekend. It was a really good deal from Old Navy :)
