I'm so glad its Friday! I'm meeting up with one of my best friends for lunch, which is a great start for the weekend! Its going to be a pretty relaxing weekend around here, but I think that's what hubby needs... he's been working long hours to deliver all these babies this week! Its kind of the calm before the storm, since the next 3 weekends are full with lots of fun things - Bachelorette party, hubby's cousin's wedding, then my friends wedding! Anyway, here's what I wore to school yesterday. I'm wearing this shirt in yesterday's video (you can see it better there). I love the yellow and green combination.

Neon Lights by Natasha Bedingfield

This morning I subbed a half day of high school math. It was so good to be back at school, since I haven't been the past two weeks! Its getting close to the end of the school year, so teachers are not taking days off... they are working on preparing for tests and finals. Anyway, I was glad to work today and hope I have a few more days before summer! However, I was in love with my outfit today. I knew I wanted to wear the pink skirt, and the rest of the outfit was built from there. The belt is new from the outlet shopping trip this weekend, and I was happy that it went with the skirt, because it really makes the outfit. When I came home, I decided to change into something more comfortable so I can run a few errands, and was so happy how well my new shorts (from the weekend trip) went with the sweater (yes its warm out, but this sweater is pretty light) and belt. Its the perfect work to casual outfit!

Already having a wonderful and accomplished day and its only noon. Hubby has a day of surgery (his favorite) and is coming home early is delivering his first baby tonight! :)

This is what I wore yesterday for the dance interview. I think it went really well and should be finding out by the end of the week. I thought this outfit worked well, because it was comfortable to move in (I taught two girls a few dance moves), but it looked nice and professional, but wasn't boring because I added the belt.

Are you watching this season of The Bachelorette? I started watching last night with hubby, and it was fun to make fun of some of the guys with him. I liked hearing his point of view on the guys. :)

Just Dance by Lady Gaga

I just want to say that everything about this outfit is a favorite of mine. Its comfortable, its cute, and its perfect for summer. Unfortunately its another cool, rainy, overcast day. But in good news, I have an interview tonight! Its for a dance teacher position, and I'm thrilled! However, I'm not quite sure what to wear for a dance teacher interview. I don't want to wear a suit, like I would for a school teacher interview, but still something dressy yet more comfortable. I'll be playing with ideas from my closet, and show you what I choose tomorrow. Wish me luck!!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! Today they deserve to be pampered and showered with love. Unfortunately, we are not with either of ours on this day, but made sure to send cards and talk to them today. Hubby and I are watching basketball and eating pizza at the moment, hoping to take a walk later if it doesn't rain. Today's outfit post is actually what I wore last night. We went to Thai Foon for dinner, then hit up some bars in the Southside of Pittsburgh. We had a great night, and we really could have done anything and I would have had fun with my girls. It was a little cooler than I had expected, so I wore my new cardigan from Banana Republic that I picked up at the outlets yesterday.

No Stopping Us by Jason Mraz

I am so excited because two of my med school wife friends are here today!!!! They were two of my closest friends in Lewisburg, and for the past year have been in Charleston. Both of them will only be in West Virginia for a little while longer, till they move with their husbands for 4th year rotations. So anyway, I'm really happy that they only live a few hours away and can come visit. Plus, its great weather, which is perfect for an afternoon at the outlets!

Yesterday reminded me to cherish every moment, be thankful for what you have, and remember to always tell your loved ones that you love them. There was a terrible tragedy in the life of a Westminster student yesterday, and our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.
