Medical Monday: Officially a Doctor's Wife!

Happy Medical Monday! This time I'm actually a Doctor's wife! No longer a medical student's wife! Hubby graduated last Saturday, was promoted to Captain, then we drove across the country to Fort Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA, and he starts his orientation tomorrow! Its been a busy couple of weeks and we are starting to settle into our new home. The majority of our stuff won't be here till Wednesday, but we've made a couple trips to IKEA for some new furniture and are borrowing a friends air mattress, so we're not camping out quite like we were at our last place after it was packed up to send here. Tonight we are hanging out with the other general surgery interns that will be working with Hubby. Everyone has been really nice and has made the transition pretty smooth. So I have to say, so far so good!

The last two pictures are a sneak peak of our new townhouse. There's lots still to be done when the rest of our stuff arrives, so there will be an upcoming post of how I decorated!!! :)
